Before you start:
Your wallet needs at least 0.005 USDC on one of: Base (recommended), Polygon, Arbitrum One, Avalanche C-Chain, OP Mainnet, World Chain or Monad. No gas token is needed — the facilitator submits the transfer.
USDC on Ethereum mainnet can't be used (no x402 facilitator settles there).
The payer wallet must be different from the receiving address 0xcdd5…68e2.
You sign an EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization for exactly 0.005 USDC to that address. It's only settled if the call succeeds.
